पश्चिमी दिल्ली लोकसभा क्षेत्र के अर्न्तगत उत्तम नगर एवं राजौरी गार्डन क्षेत्र में भारत की लोकप्रिय टेलिविज़न कलाकार एवं भा जा प् की राष्ट्रिय सचिव श्रीमती स्मृति ईरानी ९तुल्सि) ने महिलाओं के सम्मलेन को संबोधित करते हुए कहा की भा जा पा जो कहती है वोह करती है। भ जा पा ने अपने संगठन में ३३ प्रतिशत महिलाओं को स्थान देकर एक शुभ शुरुआत की है। परन्तु कांग्रेस ५ वर्षों के शासन के बावजूद महिलाओं को अआरक्षण देने के विषय में चर्चा तक करने को तयार नही।

श्रीमती ईरानी ने कहा की दिल्ली में ही नही पूरे देश में गर्मी का मौसम बार रहा है है और चुनावी रन भूमि में पिचाद्ती कांग्रेस के पसीने छूट रहे हैं। आज दिल्ली में कांग्रेस की सरकार है और लोग बिजली पानी के लिए त्राहि त्राहि कर रहे हैं। उत्तम नगर में १५ सालों से कांग्रेस का विधायक होने के बव्झूद पीने का पानी उपलब्ध नही करवा पाया। कांग्रेस की सरकार आते ही गृहणियों का चूल्हा ठंडा पड़ जाता है। गैस सिलेंडर के लिए २०-२२ दिन इंतज़ार करने के बावजूद कलबाज़ार में खरीदना पड़ता है। महंगाई की मार से किसानों द्बारा आत्महत्याओं की घटनाओं ने सारे देश को पहले से ही झकझोर रखा था अब दिल्ली जैसे शहर में भी भुकमरी की वजह से आत्महत्याएं दहला रही हैं। दिल्ली जैसे शहमें महिला पत्रकार की हत्या के उपरांत दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री कल कहना की महिलाओं को रात्रि में सोच समझ कर निकलना चाहिए इससे दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना क्या हो सकती है। श्रीमती ईरानी ने कहा की पिछले चुनाव में कांग्रेस ने १ करोड़ लोगों को नौकरियां देने कल वायदा किया परन्तु दिया क्या- १.५ करोरे लोगों को बेरोज़गारी। महिलाओं को आरक्षण देने k वायदा किया था, परन्तु दिया क्या- aantak और महंगाई। कांग्रेस के झूठे vaydon के ख़िलाफ़ आने waali ७ तारीख को kamal कल batan dabaakar प्रो mukhi को vijayi बनाये और कांग्रेस के झूठे vaaydon से nijaat paayen।

New Delhi: BJP national secretary and popular actress Smriti Irani today addressed a large gathering of women voters at Uttam Nagar and Rajouri Garden in support of West Delhi parliamentary seat candidate Prof Jagdish Mukhi. She said the Bharatiya Janata Party always delivers on its promises. It has already given 33 per cent representation to women in its organization, marking a very positive beginning. The Congress, on the other hand, is not even ready to talk on the subject of reservation for women, even after being in power for five years at the Centre, she said.
Smt Irani said the Congress is sweating at the moment, and it’s not just because of the temperature – it is fast losing ground in these elections and there is palpable tension in the party because of it. The Congress is in power in Delhi for the second term now, but the pathetic power and water situation is making the public suffer endlessly. There is a public outcry over the situation now. She pointed out that the Uttam Nagar assembly seat has had a Congress MLA for the last 15 years, and yet he has been unable to provide drinkable water in most areas. On the other hand, the supply of cooking gas is also pathetic. Housewives have to wait for 20-25 days for the cylinders and are forced to buy cooking gas in the black market.
Smt Irani said women felt unsafe in Delhi these days. Remembering the murder of a woman journalist in Delhi, she pointed out that the Chief Minister had reacted to the incident by saying that women should not move out of their houses at night. Terming it as an unfortunate state of affairs, Smt Irani wondered how the Congress could ensure safety for women if its chief minister had such views.

In the last elections, the Congress had promised one crore jobs to the people, but what did it actually give? Crores were thrown out of jobs instead, she pointed out। It had promised to give reservation to women, but what did it give instead? Inflation and terror!
Smt Irani exhorted the people to vote against the false promises of the Congress and to support the candidature of Prof Jagdish Mukhi, who has always fulfilled his promises and brought development to his constituency. BJP will review privatization of power
New Delhi: Prof Jagdish Mukhi, BJP candidate from the West Delhi
Parliamentary Constituency, today slammed the Congress government in
Delhi for the pathetic power situation in the Capital city. He pointed out that
summer season had just begun and Delhiites were being already subjected to
unscheduled power cuts, especially the unauthorized colonies where people
were going without power for 6-8 hour daily. What will happen when the
demand shoots up in the coming days of May and June? he wondered. It is
very unfortunate that the Congress government has no plan to address the
situation.
The people were already reeling under the shortage of water, and now the
power situation is adding to their misery. The Sheila Dikshit government
had promised the people that there would be no power cuts after the
privatization of power sector. But now the power companies are looting the
people with the support of the government. When it comes to power, the BJP
will review the privatization deal, Prof Mukhi said. The terms of the deal
which are resulting in the exploitation of people will be deleted and we will
ensure proper and cheaper power supply to the people, he said.
Voter-card should be accepted as proof of residence
Addressing another public meeting, Prof Mukhi told the people that all
regional transport offices of Delhi had issued a circular four days ago, listing
the documents that a person needs to submit to acquire a driving license.
Surprisingly, Voter-card has not been included in the list, while Ration Card
has been deleted from the earlier list. In fact, earlier LIC and bank
documents were also accepted as proof of residence.
Prof Mukhi demanded that Voter-Card, Ration Card and LIC documents
should be accepted as proof of residence.

पश्चिमी दिल्ली लोक सभा सीट से भा जा प् के पर्त्याशी पो जगदीश मुखी ने कहा गर्मी के प्रारम्भ होते ही दिल्ली में घंटो बिजली की अघोस्ती कटोती प्रारम्भ कर दी गई। विशेष रूप से अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों एवं गावो में ६ से ८ घंटो बिजली के मांग चिलचिलाती धुप में और बढेगी। परन्तु दिल्ली की सरकार ने इस मांग को पुरा करने के लिये कोई कारगर कदम नही उठाया है। बिजली की कटोती के चलते दिल्ली में पहेले से ही पानी के लिया जो हाहाकार मच रहा था उस में आग में घी डालने का कम किया है। बिजली के निजीकारन के उपरत दिल्ली सरकार ने बहुत बड़े डेव किये थे। की दिल्ली में बिजली की कटोती बंद हो जाऐगी परन्तु दिल्ली में बिजली के निजीकरण के छ vaरशो बाद भी इस्थिति जिस की तस है। परन्तु बिजली की निजी कोम्पन्यो सरकार के साथ मिलकर खुली लुट मचने में लगी है। दिल्ली की जनता पहले से ही तेज दोड़ते मित्रो की वजह से तरीही कर रही है। ऊपर से बिजली का घंटो गुल रहेना सरकार की नीति एवं नीयत को सिपस्थ करता है। पो मुखी ने जनता का आश्वस्त किया की कंद्र में भा जा प् की सरकार बनते ही बिजली की निजीकरण जी शर्तो का punavlokan होगा। जिन शर्तो के कारन जनता का shosan हो रहा है। उन sahrto को हटाया jayaga और nibradh सस्ते damo पर बिजली दिल्ली vasiyo को upladh karwai jayagi ।

एक अन्य सभा को sambodhit करते हुआ पो jagdish मुखी ने कहा की दिल्ली के सभी kshtriya parivahan karyalo ने चार दिनों purv एक pariptr jari किया गया है। jisame bahrat सरकार के pot parivahan सड़क parivahan और raajmarg mantrale taha सड़क parivahan एवं raajmarg vibhag का havala देते हुआ दिल्ली vashio को driving licences बनते समय कई mul dastavejo को लाने के लिए कहा गया है। परन्तु बड़े ही aschariya की बात है की जिन dastavejo की suchi जारी की गई है। uname matdata pahachan पत्र जैसे mol dastavaj को shamil नही किया गया है और rashan kard को purv की suchi से hata लिया गया है sime पहेले l.I.C और बैंक के kagjaat भी nivash isthan के sabut के tor पर savikar kiye जाते थे।

BJP candidate from West Delhi Prof. Jagdish Mukhi attacked by the goondas of Mahabal Mishra, Prof. Mukhi safe, but senior Vice President seriously injured.

New Delhi, 30th April. In programme Delhi Aaj Tak had invited the BJP candidate from West Delhi Constituency Prof. Jagdish Mukhi and the Congress candidate Shri Mahabal Mishra at Hotel Maridien, Napoleon Hall for an open debate in which hundred to hundred fifty members of the public were also present. In the end of the third round of debate Shri Mahabal Mishra lost control over himself because he felt himself helpless in that atmosphere. In front of the camera Shri Mishra threatened Prof. Mukhi and incited his supporters to attack him. Other people formed a security ring around Prof. Mukhi and took him in a corner of the Hall. In the mean time Shri Mahabal Mishra went out of the Hall by the back door but in the mean time one Congress supporter took out a knife from the kitchen and tried to attack Prof. Mukhi. In this incident the Najafgarh District Vice President Shri Sunil Jindal was attacked by a knife and was seriously injured. Police took Shri Jindal to R.M.L. Hospital. Shri Jindal also vomitted in the way to Hospital and his condition became serious. He has received cut injuries on his hand and stomach.

Strongly condemning this incident the BJP Delhi Pradesh Vice President Dr. Nand Kishore Garg told that the Police and the Electoral Officer should take stern action in this case so that the elections may be impartial and free. Dr. Garg has also requested the media to take precaution to prevent such incident and should strongly oppose the supporters of Shri Mishra. He also added that if the Police does not take appropriate action then the people shall themselves give appropriate reply to him.

New Delhi: Prof. Jagdish Mukhi, BJP candidate for the West Delhi Lok Sabha seat, today toured the following areas falling under his constituency i.e. Dabri, Nawada, Vikas Nagar, Om Vihar, Vikaspuri (East), Sitapuri, Rajagarden etc.
He was accompanied in the campaign by councilors Smt Rajesh Yadav, Shri Rajesh Gahlot, Smt. Kamaljeet Sehrawat, Shri Suman Prakash Sharma Smt. Shweta Saini, Sh. Roshan lal kanwadia and hundreds of BJP supporters.
In Om Vihar & Vikas Vihar people came out of their houses and welcomed Prof. Mukhi with garlands. They have drawn the attention of Prof. Mukhi towards the problems i.e acute shortage of water & sewers being faced by them. Prof. Mukhi assured them that after elections he will get this area developed as he had carried out development works in Janakpuri Area. While addressing the public on this occasion Prof. Mukhi said that the Congress Govt. has used this issue i.e Regularization of Unauthorized colonies for their Political Motif only and done nothing in this regard. He reminded the public that only during the reign of BJP the unauthorized colonies were regularized and BJP is determined to regularize unauthorized colonies. He assured the public that Regularization of Unauthorized colonies is on the top of their priority list.

प्रो मुखी ने कहा की आज दिल्ली में मुल्तिप्लिसिटी ऑफ़ अथोरितिएज़ होने के कारन विकास कार्यों में बेवजह रुकावटें आ रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा की भा जा प् दिल्ली को पूर्ण दर्जा देने के हमेश पक्ष में है। प्रो मुखी ने कहा की कांग्रेस ने पिछले चुनावों में दिल्ली को पूर्ण दर्जा देने का जिक्र अपने घोषणा पात्र में किया था परन्तु, इस बार यह मुद्दा उनके घोषणा पात्र से गायब है। अर्थात वह नही छत्ते की दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा मिले।

प्रो मुखी ने कहा की १९९३ में जब दिल्ली में भा जा पा की सरकार थी तो उस समय वर्ष १९९४-९५ में दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य बनने का मुद्दा दिल्ली विधान सभा में उठाया गया था। उस समय भी विधान सभा में बैठे कांग्रेस के विधायकों ने इस प्रस्ताव का विरोध किया था। उनके विरोध के बावजूद जब यह मुद्दा कांग्रेस शासित केन्द्र सरकार के पास भेजा गया तो उन्होंने इस प्रस्ताव को बिनपड़े ही रद्दी की टोकरी में फ़ेंक दिया।

प्रो मुखी ने कहा की सितम्बर २००२ के प्रारंभ में विधान सभा के तथाकथित aधिकारों की कमी के कारण ११ सितम्बर २००२ को विधानसभा का १ सत्र बुलाया था। ११ सितम्बर २००२ को तत्कालिन शहरी विकास मंत्री के द्वारा नियम १०७ के अंतर्गत जो प्रस्ताव लाया गया, उसमे दिल्ली नगर निगम एवं दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण पर नियंत्रण की मांग की गई थी। प्रो मुखी ने कहा की उस समय भी उन्होंने उनके प्रस्ताव पर संशोधन लगाकर दिया था की दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा दिए जाने की मांग किए जानी थी। दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्ये का दर्जा मिलते ही सभी अधिकार सम्मिलित हो जायेंगे। प्रो मुखी ने कहा की उनके संशोधन से कांग्रेस दुविधा में पड़ गई और अंतत उसे दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा दिए जाने प्रस्ताव दिल्ली विधान सभा से पास करवाने के बाद कांग्रेस के पास भेजना पड़ा।

प्रो मुखी ने कहा की भा जा प् दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा देने के लिए कटिबद्ध है और सत्ता में आते ही वह दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्ये बनवाने को पूरा प्रयास करेगी।

BJP will give full statehood to Delhi
New Delhi: Prof Jagdish Mukhi today said the BJP is in favour of according full statehood to Delhi. He blamed the multiplicity of authority for the slow pace of development work in the capital city. The Congress used to earlier talk about Statehood, but this time the issue is missing from its manifesto, Mukhi ji pointed out. This means that the Congress is not in favour of statehood for Delhi, he said.
Recalling the past, Prof Mukhi said, in 2002 the Urban Development Minister had sought administrative control over the DDA and the MCD, through a proposal in the Assembly. At that time too, the BJP had recommended that the Assembly should seek full state status for Delhi, so that all such issues are addressed once for all. This had put the Congress in a quandary, and it had been forced to send a recommendation to the Central Government. But the issue is still pending.
Prof Mukhi promised that the BJP was committed to giving full statehood to Delhi, and when it comes to power it will do its best fulfill its commitment at the earliest.
Congress, BSP leaders join the BJP
In a major development today, Sh Sunil Fauzi of Baprolla village and Sh Umesh Yadav of Rana ji Enclave (Najafgarh) left the Congress, while Sh Chottey Lal Rai left the BSP to join BJP.
The local leaders who were present on the occasion included Pardhan Captain Singh and Sh Mahender Singh of Baprolla village, Najafgarh Zila Mahamantri Sh Krishan Godhara and Mantri West Zila Roshan Lal Kanwadia.

इस अवसर पर श्री अकाली दल के प्रधान श्री मंजीत सिंघ जी के ने कहा की भा जा पा और अकाली दल का गठजोड़ जनसंघ के कर्येकाल से है। भा जा प् के साथ हमारा समझौता ऐतिहासिक है। समझौतों में हमने कभी भी शर्तों को शामिल नही किया। उन्होंने कहा की जिस तरह कांग्रेस सरकार सिक्खों के कत्लेआम के दोषी जगदीश तैत्लेर और सज्जन कुमार बरसों से बचने में लगी है, उससे सिख कोम कभी भी कांगेस को वोट देने के बारे में सोच भी नही सकता। सज्जन कुमार को लोकसभा सीट का टिकेट देने की घोषणा के बाद जिस तरह से लोगों ने अपना विरोध प्रकट किया और उसके बाद सज्जन कुमार के भाई को तिक्कत देने वाले कांग्रेस को सिख कभी नही माफ़ करेगा।

इस अवसर पर अकाली दल (बादल) के महासचिव ने कहा की १९८४ में जब देश में दंगे हुए थे तब श्री अटल बिहारी वाजपयी जी ने तिलक नगर में जन सभा को संबोधित करते हुए कहा था की यह नरसंहार हमारे देश पर एक कलंक है और इस नरसंहार का वह डट कर विरोध करेंगे और इसके लिए कोई भी बलिदान देने को तयार हैं।

अखिल भारतीय अकाली दल के उप प्रधान ओंकार सिंह थापर ने कहा की भा जा प् जब जब सत्ता में आई है, उन्होंने सिख की हिमायत की है। श्रीमान अटल बिहारी वाजपई जब प्रधान मंत्री थे तब ३०० साला गुरुता गद्दी मानाने का फिसला लिया गया और इसके लिए उन्होंने १०० करोर रुपये का प्रावधान किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने अपील की दिल्ली का हर सिख भा जा पा के लिए मतदान करे और दिल्ली की सातों लोकसभा सीटों पर भा जा प् को विजयी बनाये।

नई दिल्ली ! नई दिल्ली ! पश्चिमी दिल्ली लोक सभा सीट से भाजपा प्रत्याशी प्रो जगदीश मुखी ने आज उत्तम नगर, विकासपुरी, मटियाला, द्वारका, मादीपुर, जनकपुरी, तिलक नगर, हरी नगर आदि क्षेत्रों का दौरा किया। इन दौरों के दौरान क्षेत्रीय विधायक श्री ओ पी बब्बर, श्री हरशरण सिंह बल्ली, निगम पार्षद श्री सुभाष आर्याश्री बलवान गहलोत, श्रीमती सुधा शर्मा, श्रीमती रेनू शर्मा, भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष श्री एस एन डंग, श्री सुमन शर्मा, श्री संदीप जैन, श्री चाद्रवीर एंव अशोक शर्मा कोषाध्यक्ष जिला नजफगड़ एंव सैंकडो कार्यकर्ता उनके साथ थे। वहीं दूसरी तरफ़ निगम पार्षद श्री सुभाष आर्य जी ने विकासपुरी में चुनाव कार्यालय का उद्घाटन किया। इस मौके पर निगम पार्षद श्री विवेक त्यागी,डाक्टर पंकज शर्मा, श्रीमती सरिता जिंदल, श्री पवन शर्मा, श्री सुमन प्रकाश, श्री क्रिशन गहलोत, श्री हरीश हरजाई, अहरी रवि गुप्ता, श्री राम कुमार अंतिल, श्री सुमित जिंदल, श्रीमती श्वेता सैनी एवं श्री रोशन लाल काँवरिया, जिला मंत्री पश्चिमी जिल्ला भी उपस्थित थे।

इस मौके पर जन समूह को संबोधित करते हुए प्रो मुखी ने कहा की अभी गर्मियों की शुरुआत ही हुई है और दिल्ली में बिजले और पानी की कटौती शुरू हो गई है। जिस कारन दिल्ली की जनता त्राहिमाम कर रही है। जबकि दिल्ली इ मुख्यमंत्री चैन की नींद सो रही हैं। पानी के लिए लोग रात को ही टंकारों की लाइन में लग जाते हैं। इतना सब करने के बावजूद भी लोगों को पानी नही मिलता क्यूंकि तन्केरों को भेजने में भी राजनीती की जा रही है।

प्रो मुखी ने कहा की एक साल पहले सोनिया विहार त्रेअत्मेंट प्लांट के उद्घाटन के समय भी श्रीमती शीला दीक्षित ने दिल्ली को ७ * २४ पानी मोहैया कराने का वायदा दिया था पर आज भी सतही में कोई बदलाव नही आया।

प्रो मुखी ने कहा की कांग्रेस सरकार ऐतिहासिक यमुना समझौते के अंतर्गत दिल्ली के हिस्से का पूरा पानी भी लेने में असमर्थ रही है। जिसकी वजह से दिल्लीवासियों को पानी की किल्लत हो रही है। प्रो मुखी ने कहा की भा जा पा सरकार के सत्ता मं आते ही दिल्ली को यमुना समझौते के तहत दिल्ली के हिस्से का पूरा पानी दिलवाना, मुनक नाहर परियोजना पर युध्स्तर पर कार्य करवाकर इसे जल्द से जल्द पूरा करवाना उनकी व उनकी सरकार की प्राथमिकताएं होंगी.
